Description

Hi Friends, This is a fallen Bulrush, which I met on a walk nearby. Latin name: Typha latifolia. Dutch: Lisdodde. It's like a turn signal to me, and I also liked the textures. (which are seen on zoom better) I was making a photo trip, with in my head to shoot things for the challenge of this month, which is themed textures. You of course can also join the photography-challenge, it's such fun!!! Thank you very much for your visit, as for your lovely comments on my earlier upload. Wishing you all a lovely weekend!

Too funny!!! What a interesting position the cattail ended up. Awesome concept and idea for a turning signal. Sure hope these 2 are pointing in the right direction for you to get back home Mies. Excellent shot of the little fuzzies,which we enjoyed blowing off the stem when we were kids. Wonderful in zoom!

A fine capture Mies. I really like bullrushes especially when theyv burst open. The underneath of your one looks like it could double as a duster for underneath low furniture. Good luck with the challenge.:-)
