Description
The ME-262 jet was 100 mph faster than the planes that faced it. But, it still had to return to base. Allied fighters, with their huge numerical superiority would orbit German airfields, waiting for returning planes.
Chuck Yeager shot down a ME-262 in these exact circumstances while flying a P-51 Mustang.

Like the old adage... "Always be nice to the people you meet on the way up... you might meet them again on the way down..." I think you've got the lighting just about right for the overcast. Interesting blend job on the photo too.
