I am a very new photographer. My husband (showell7 here on Renderosity) bought me my first digital camera Easter (2011) and we have been terrorizing just about everything we can together, ever chance we can. I love to try new things and have a list of photo ideas a mile long. Hopefully I will be posting some soon, but I have to admit, I go to the computer to do post work kicking and screaming!!Â

Hope you enjoy my work, I'm a firm believer all art is for pure pleasure and relaxation!!

beautiful shot and contrast in the colors, now my question, did you get a picture of the fudge, or the shop where you purchased it, it sounds wonderful.

Lol, unfortunately the fudge did not last long tennesseecowgirl. The shop is usually packed full of people so it would be near to imposible to get all the wonderful piles of fudge. It would be a great shot to get it. I have thought that before. There is glass in front and would probably make it a nightmare to get a good shot. I have thought every time I go how great it would be to get a shot going down the looooong counter of all of it piled up getting down at the level of the fudge. But alas, hubby's tummy is full and I'm still without the fudge shot!

Ooh, I like fudge. Fudge is good. Fudge is a fundamental element of human civilization: remove fudge (chocolate, beer, hummus-and-pita bread, and really good cheese) from life and all life collapses into utter, irretrievable ruin. The absence of fudge is apocalyptic in so many ways! Or something like that! Anyway...I'm gonna shut up now, but first I'm gonna say that this is a brilliant shot and if this is what you capture while going for fudge, then go for fudge a lot more and make sure to take your camera. Grass never cooperates with me. No matter what, it always moves, but then as I live in Chicago, I suspect that there's just too much traffic interference, to capture anything easily moved by moving air. I love the color and the fine, wispy details. This is really well seen and I love your tight focus on the blooming bits. This is really wonderful work.
