Oh wow, what a great picture, Mike. I never knew how artichoke-plants do grow. thank you. Thanks for counting those days, a major problem is now resolved for me, lol. Four days before that 167 days from Wednesday, is my birthday. :D

About 90 minutes Southwest of where I'll be once again at months end. They claim to be the "Artichoke capital". The plants get a few feet in diameter and about 5-6 feet tall! Hows them Artichokes for ya! :~p
