I really like this, two things I'd suggest to make it even better... It appears there are scribble mark on the wall to her right - Paint those out.... and... since she's waiting for a ship, she should have a large duffle bag, suit case with her... I just think you've got a great idea and a moment in time we don't visit here - it's cool.

Lots of character to this scene. From the cracks in the wall(Mikes scribbles), to the lichen and mosses claiming areas of wall and walkway. The weathering shown on the other props such as the planter and bench are spot on. The charming pirates body language suggest she awaits not departs(no duffle bag needed), and her expression is perfect!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaw!What a CUTE little lass! I really like the pose and her facial expression. She truly looks to be deep in thought and perhaps a little apprehensive about the future. Will he come for her? Or, will she be left feeling abandoned? This image raises questions in the viewer's mind. Who is the person on that ship? A love interest? A brother, sister, father or mother? For what destination is she bound? America? Some colony in the Caribbean? Very nice scene Dawn. Well done.
