Description
This is the Guardian Watcher, he's a bit of a complicated character in that he is the heroic alternate reality counterpart of my villain known as Timestream, and was once part of a whole group of heroes that were the heroic alternate reality counterparts to Timestream's Evil Society of Villains, the Victory Society of Earth, so that's why he has their logo on his bio above even though he is the last remaining member and is no longer living in his home reality and now operates as a part of a loose knit group of time-traveling heroes & heroines instead.
