the old bank was built in 1901 and the building next to it was made in 1903
a high school auto mechanics teacher was from this burg

Thanks for the image. Cool building. Sometime you should go to Guthrie, OK. There are lots of photo worthy buildings, train station, and old train cars. Guthrie was the territorial capitol of Oklahoma.

Back when architecture was cool and had character...Not like some of today's slap it together get it done approach..Great Capture Richard of a small town...(just over 5,700)folks as we sit with about 7,700 give or take a few where I'm from..(smiles).....

There is a great sense of nostalgia in the images of small towns. I think they evoke that basic human need for close personal relationships and a quiet, somewhat predictable, base of operations. Not so in large cities, there you're a face only. Super capture, Richard!!!!!
