Description
Well it's been over seven months since posting from Bryce Canyon NP. For those recalling that series, you may notice this shot is devoid of snow. Many of the Xmas hike images were laden with snow.(That series started back in December of 2011 on up to around my Birthday(first week in January).
This hike down in to the "Queens Garden" during the summer months presents a more commonly seen view of the park. Having lived only 90 minutes away from here for a few years, allowed me the privilege of continual trips in all seasons to capture the many faces of the park.
No watermark, another freebie for those that fav the image may use it however they wish. Scanned from a 4X6 Matte finish photograph.
ON a different note; The presentation of this gallery as a whole changed at the end of that Xmas series of Bryce Canyon. Incorporated with that change I've been a bit more diverse by hitting more than just the landscape genre. As a result it has brought more viewers to the gallery, but I was looking to hear what you've thought of the change.....
To the kind souls that leave their mark whether a comment, rating, or save the image as a fav, you are very much appreciated, thank you!!!
Thank you all that viewed my last image below.

Oh my God those formations look like teepees and temples. Amazing stuff again! I'm not familiar with your original series, but the snow comment makes me think of the Winter we had here in Pennsylvania. Dude, one measurable snowfall. One. A huge blizzard in October before Halloween. And that was it! This is Pennsylvania. It's supposed to snow. Anyway, spectacular picture!

Gorgeous photo of a precious natural wonder. My family and I stopped at Bryce Canyon NP in the early sixties as my dad was traveling to Nellis AFB in Nevada to report for duty. I was very impressed then and I remain impressed now. A gorgeous park and well worth seeing.

Bryce Canyon is one of my favorite places. It looks like a city carved in stone and is even 'watched over' by figures such as 'the Queen' here. A wonderful image, Dana. I can't really comment on how your gallery was before, but I do like it now. You show a wide variety of Nature at Her finest and often in breathtaking views.

Nice shot of this very unique spot. I've only been to Bryce once, many years ago, but it was a memorable visit. As for your gallery, always interesting & variety is the spice of life...

I remember this canyon well and posted several pics of it back last summer. It is a beautiful place and has many photo opportunities. Your capture is a beauty Dana and a must zoom.

This looks like persons standing in white on the right, overlooking their land. It really is great, also the textures are impressing here. I don't know if you had a question for us about some changing (?) I guess I misunderstood.

it good to keep on going back to the same area as you look at the photos you took and say to yourself "you can do better that this" or the image you wanted had your thumb in the shot. ahhah that be me. Plus you noted things you never saw the first time and the seasons do change things around in a photo. very good shot

Oh, I see, those without a watermark, we can use it for our background? What a great deal and a very nice gift. Thank you! It's quite interesting to see those whitish color in the middle and top of those rocks.

I have been lucky enough to visit Bryce a couple of times in my life, but sadly have never seen it with snow. It's been blisteringly hot when I have been there!
