Description

A rework of an image I created in studio many years ago. Ran into a major glitch with my Vaio which has left it functioning but otherwise unusable and had to reinstall everything on my Toshiba. Thus I decided to rework the image as I couldn't figure out how to create realistic water on the road in this image, and no one was able to give me any advice at the time. This was back when Studio was in its infancy. Have a good one and thanks for stopping in. Mark
