Description
My first of several archery purchases, this is an 80lb pistol crossbow. I also have an additional 12 bolts, an extra string and string wax.
A friend at my jobsite is thinking about selling his compound bow, 54lb with 28" draw

Not too sure about the title ref, but that sure is one wicked crossbow, silent and deadly...so are you thinking of changing professions Mike ?...LOL ~Cheers~

Interesting looking Mike. When I lived in Jersey in the late 60s and early 70s I knew a guy that participated in competitions and also bow hunted. These guys are phenominal.

cool little machine... (my own crossbow is a Barnett Wildcat I've had since 79)... a bit of maybe useless information... a pistol crossbow was for a time, called a Slurbow... some looked like flintlock and wheel lock pistols with a bow at the muzzle end, the Quarrel or Crossbow Bolt fitted into the barrel....

I know you live in the same region as I do, but I think I am out of range. Whats is the range? Have you fired it? How accurate is it. Kind of neat looking. I think "Buffy The Vapire Slayer" used one.
