i don't normaly post two images so close together, but was working on this most of the day after hearing the tragic news at a midnight showing of the new dark knight batman show just over 24 hrs ago in Aurora Colorado, i live in the springs. most of you have already heard this and even posted wonderful thoughts, thank you. i hope and pray for the families/victims and loved ones, i hope mike, bob, jim to name a few of our friends who live in Denver that they did not attend. god bless all. at this point last info on msn was 12 dead 58 injured.. so where can we go and have fun without the worries of dying???

Lovely image steve when this and other things like that Happen I feel so ashamed that god would allow all this and do nothing when he's supposed to have the power to stop it! so he and I just dont talk any more evrytime I hear of things like this or other horrors i look heaven ward and say you should be ashamed of yourself thats a bloody disgrace have you no shame, Needless to say wejust dont talk any more!

Nice tribute and a true tragedy. I just don't get it. Makes me think there really are mind control people out there or demons that posess people. What could drive someone to do such horrible acts.

It really is tragic, Steve... and so heartfelt and warm of you to post this tribute. I was shocked at the news myself when I heard the breakthrough while flipping through the channels. It came as such a shock, particularly after just dealing with a not too far away neighborhood experiencing gun violence where so many were injured, and 2 young people were left for dead... innocent victims. It's terrible to hear such a thing. Your image is really beautiful though, and you can see the passion and the powerful feeling she bears in her expression. Beautiful artwork and dedication.
