Description

Beautiful environment Lars, I'm not sure I trust the water entirely though, seems like it might possibly need some more "foam".. The rest is excellent as always though!

Beautiful scene. I love your filtered light which is very realistic. I can personally attest to the realism since in my younger days I frequently went hiking in the heavily wooded areas (we referred to them as the "stix") around my hometown. The forest floor is also very realistic. Now for the downside. The water needs a lot of work. I do not fault you but rather Vue. They have never provided a graphics solution to moving water, which is something I do not understand. I had a package called World Builder which did moving water quite well, so I know it can be done. I think for right now you would be better served by painting the water in. You are a good enough artist to do this without difficulty. B Lemniscate

Excellent setting and light...like the fast moving water(was this a terrain rendered in a liquid material?)...great sense of realism with the atmo settings!

I really like these peaceful scenes with streams. I can see bernoullilemniscate's point, but I'd bet you could duplicate the effect of an entire stream actively flowing with materials. However, I just assumed this was a slowly flowing stream, for which the water seems appropriate.
