Description

This is one of the few small sunflowers that have made it through this years heat.

What a fantastic capture Jim, and it gave me a big smile. So nice to see this little guy struggle and survive despite the harsh conditions. This drought is terrible, they just announced rationing of water in my area as they had to shut down the second-largest well we have

beautiful...i have some that are just opening...they are strange this year...maybe it's because it's my own strain from the seeds produced last year...but this is a lovely shot...hope all is well... chills and thrills
