Well, it finally happened. My ancient computer finally decided to cash in it's chips yesterday. After how many eons of service, I lost count, it just finally decided to self destruct. It still boots up but refuses to continue. I see some of the parts were fried, so it must have been getting too hot inside. Well, it sure gave me a great run for the money. It owes me not one centava! So, just to get me by util I can get a new one, I have resurrected another ancient that had been gathering dust in the corner these many long eons. Believe me, it isn't easy to fine a downloadable sp1 file for windows xp so that I can upgrade the motherboard to USB2.0. LOL! But after so incredibly many many trials and errors, I have gotten the old biddy to spark some more. Even resurrected my Sims2 game, so am looking forward to playing with that a little bit in the future too. So much for my little saga. Such distractions. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

hmmm, the Prince and the Pauper? Nice tent, but it looks to be a smidge too small, I think they'll have to leave their clothes outside ... ;D Small wonder your dearly departed 'puter fried ... with all the hot stuff you make with it! ;D At least you got the "ancient one" functioning, sweet!
