Description
I love to see these on the beaches.
remember when you see kids playing they really at work building on they relationship with other children and they skills with they hands and eyes. How they think and how they come up with what will work and not work. Got a lot to look at and think when one watch a chilD playing. Even if they fail they learn something and it up to us to help them see the good and how to over come the failures.
Who knows what these sand castles will led a child to. maybe they be the next great architecture.
I going to bed now as it is late and I need to get up early

A very poignant and delightful photo, Jock! I like the way it leaves you to wonder about the children who made these sandcastles; where they are now, what the future holds for them. I can almost hear their laughter. It's good to see children can still find happiness in a simple thing like sandcastles in this age of (c)rap "music," gang/drug/hiphop culture, and shoot-everything-in-sight XBox games.

Wow ! My minds eye sees just as you did that there ia an unfinished Castle here. I see unfinished dreams. I see failed attempts but I see even more of Hope with what was started and not destroyed. The standing castle blocks represent a promise of hope and dreams still standing for one to yet return to. Beautiful.. and so is your POV I see it :-)+ I hear it :-) Connie
