Description
I don't usually do dedications, but I'm going to make an exception. This one is for Roxy (brewgirlca), who has been extremely supportive & encouraging of my forays into the world of HDR. She posted a very interesting series of photos (with lots of accompanying historical background) on the Roman ruins at Perge which I would encourage everyone to check out if they haven't already. I hope she enjoys the stonework here...

Thank you so much for this rare dedication. Indeed I do love this shot, both for the HDR work and the composition. It has a classic leading line with just a bit of sinuousity. The addition of the pointed arch only adds to the forced draw-in. A lovely texture boost from the HDR and the unusual color pattern is very striking.
