My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
Â
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!Â

I have a few favorite buildings in Chicago, and this is one of them! I love this cropped view of the upper excitement of the building, and it makes me think of a temple to some obscure, forgotten god/goddess, or whole pantheon of divine critters with quirky personality traits, and long, difficult-to-pronounce names. The details are stunning, and rather like the shot of Reza's sign I made a few nights ago, this brings back memories of wandering around, laughing and talking, and eating cheese near The Bean and enjoying grapes, pecan sandies, and diet coke. That has actually become my snack of choice when doing Renderosity stuff! This is such an exuberant shot! I love the details! I suspect there's a story in here!

The shapes on this building have a strangely early Egyptian feel to them, kind of fits in with the pyramid on the back of the bucks. Nicely done Tara, and a belated birthday wish for Chip
