The first thing I noticed when looking at this image is the sheer beauty of composition and color. I like the concentration of red on the right side of the image and the way it curves outward framing the emptier white area on the left. Beautiful surreal atmosphere. I like your use of the apples; scattered throughout, held by the wolf, cradled by the woman, and looming big in the background. I like the way the red petals carpet the floor, overflow from the top right corner, into the room, where four of them take on bird shapes. I like the bent over corner like the turning of a page, and the woman's expression as she gazes up at the wolf. Beautiful and fascinating image!
