I am seeing some issues on this that others may not have noticed but they are very noticable. The sploges on her skin...I see you tried using HDRI lights because HDRI lights are the only thing that causes that..I've had this issue with P7 HDRI lights on some of my renders before, they do give you realistic renders but they also add those ugly marks on your figures. I believe it has a lot to do with where you position the lights. I'm not sure. I only use HDRI lights sometimes. Either way its a great render with a slight flaw that can be fixed.
