you need to define yoiur shapes and anatomy better and create a better more distrinct light direction. Right now each shape is largely just a 'tube' with dark on either side and a light bit in the middle. Also greater constrasts between shadows and highlights would be good. then we'll start talking about environmental conditions and how they affect the colour of things and adding depth to a picture...
