More than 1000 years ago there was a monastery here. This shot was taken on the "Heiligenberg" near Heidelberg. Thanks for viewing.

1000 years!! Hard for us in the US to imagine anything that old still standing. People here, think a house built in 1960 is too old. Ha! No sense of history! It's a wonderful image, and I can only imagine those that have passed through that doorway over the years.
