Description

The Choir of the Frari’s Basilica was completed in 1468 by Francesco and Marco Cozzi of Vicenza. The perfect distribution of the sections, the elegant dimension of the stalls and the layout of the spires render the choir amazing. In the 18° century two organ cases were erected above the stalls of the choir. The organ on the left was built in 1796 by Gaetano Callido; the one on the right was built by Giovanni Battista Piaggia in 1732. They are still in mint condition.
