My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Nice shot and portrait too

Great capture and cool title!

Very dignified portrait. He looks as if he's staring into the future. Tim Allen once had a routine that theorized anything could be fixed with duct tape. "If its broken, duct it."
Katraz
Great portrait with a nice background and yes I always have some Duct tape handy.
jayfar
Great shot and a very thoughtful face.

I love a good human subject photograph and this is a goody! Yeah...you've captured a nice, contemplative mood here and he looks quite resolute. Of course, the duct tape bit made me laugh. Corey and I both have a long, long history with duct tape. You should see some of Corey's old journals. Duct tape as book covers...if that idea ever catches on, Corey will probably be behind it, either that, or duct tape as footwear...well...sort of. Kinda. Anyway, enough rambling on about an adhesive substance that also works incredibly well when making dioramas for Star Wars action figures. (It's quite amazing how hi-tech that stuff can look if you don't wrinkle it.) This is a brilliant shot.

Nice portrait!!

Interesting character, wish I could have him for Poser!

He looks kind and gentle, and I love the grey eyes. He has a very pensive look. My GP told me that duct tape removes warts and verrucas. A lot cheaper than the Chiropodist! It worked on my step-grandson in 10 days. http://www.patient.co.uk/health/Warts-and-Verrucas.htm

Excellent, I prefer these shots to the "Smile" which is usually false for the camera. Nice one auntie.
pat40
Excellent shot.

A man in deep thought. :)))))) Thinking of many other ways to use duct tape. :))))) Most excellent capture my friend. :)))) Thank you for sharing. :)))) Carry A Smile In Your Heart :))))
blondeblurr
He has got that far-away look on his face? or he is looking right through you and not seeing you at all ... strong profile and you captured it well, (taking a 'random' lesson from Andrea?) LOL BB

You have captured his character very well in this shot. Where would we be without duct tape these days. I have just had to use some on my vacaaum hose which has developed a hole.
pimanjc
Excellent portrait.

I keep seeing this name 'Critical Massive', but I am sure I am not the only one who had not that faintest idea what you were on about until I have just looked it up.. Now I know! lol A fine portrait! Well posed that man! lol Rob
