Description
Have to put this up a couple of days early, we may be going out to the Hollow tomorrow or the day after. Which means I will most likely be late with Nancy's (npauling) and Claude's (claude19) birthday greetings.
Wee Golden Boy was so happy! Everyone worked hard to get the birthday banner made and he was appointed to find the Birthday Fairy and bring her the Banner. She was to conjure up good karma, and good fortune, and health and enough wealth to make life easy but not so much that .. well you know. Anyway, she is to fly all those wishes and the Banner to Cheryl all the way in Texas! Wee Little Golden Boy found the Birthday Fairy, and she was already working on all those good things!
And that's what we wish for Cheryl! And a Happy Birthday besides!! We're closing our eyes and imagining everyone at Cheryl's, having a huge birthday bash with cake and ice cream and everything!!! And oh yeah, a big swimming hole too, filled with clear cool water!! And lots of trees around it for shade, and NO mosquitoes!
The background photo is of course the Hollow, the boys' fave swimmy hole. The door to the Birthday Fairy's home was found at Wikimedia, from a photo by Anandajoti. The fairy is a free graphic from Dover Graphics, the puppy of course wandered over from Janeeden's gallery. Oh what fun to work with these little sweethearts! Such well mannered pups!! Thank you so so so much Jane!! And the banner is by me, made in PSP, all assembled in PSP.
Many thanks to all of you who stopped by, and many more thanks to all who took the time to leave treasured comments, and thank you for all the faves, and the well wishe for Murphy. Murphy is doing quite nicely now, but he's not liking all this heat we are having. Of course compared to the heat folks further south are having ... well .. I think I'll just stop whining about how hot it's been.

Just know I was here viewed you post and loved it as you are a fav and I like everything posted by my fav's. Sorry i have upset some here and that my wife dislikes the time I spend here everyday and tshe dislikes my art and most of my favs. Rendo keeps blocking me for too many connections. I guess they think I am doing a denial of service attack by making my comments, which is making my getting through the backlog slower.
