Description
I took this at the March Air Reserve Base Air Show a couple months ago. It shows the entire wing span of the B52 from behind and show just how big this plane really is.

Excellent capture...I remember years ago in Tech School (Chanute AFB, Il) marching to class along the flight line and having B-52 tailgun tracking our flight eerie feeling for sure!

when I was going to FT Worth on a regular basis and their were many B52's at Carswell AFB(before the AFB left) I would seeing these behemoths flying over very low for practice runs outstanding capture. none of the pilots of these are even close to the age of the aircraft

Thank you all for the comments. I load 500 & 750 pound bombs along with the 50 cal ammo in the guns, so I know about the tracking thing, however my experiences are with the D Models. You can recognize them by the extended Tail and the black paint job. You see them mostly at Air Museumns and Davis Mothan Boneyard outside Tuson AZ. If I find a nice one I'll post it. Tomorrow a C130 and Its huge cousin for them same show.
