Description

Thank you for your visit. I'll appreciate any comment or suggestion. Better view with zoom in. Borboni harbour: semicircular course of this harbour, built on the original Roman setting, following the natural curve of the coast. It was built in the second half of the eighteenth century by order of Carlo III di Borbone, King of Naples. Project was entrusted to the greater of civil engineers, Antonio Winspeare, and architect Francesco Carpi, a pupil of Luigi Vanvitelli, known for having designed Caserta Royal Palace.

What a beautiful place. I find the shot a little over exposed. A polarizer would have really helped. Still a nice shot though.

A great shot but I must agree with the above. Perhaps photoshop to take a bit of brightness out!!

Original shot is correct exposed. I made a over exposition in PS tryng to show the real light you can feel at sunset in Ponza: clarity, softness and light contrast. My hand is not able to capture this all. Thank you for your attention and comments.

Thank you blinkings, thank you, bobrgallegos, thank you jayfar, thank you TuniDunlap. Thank you for your attention. After your comments I have changed my original post with a version less overexposed in my postwork, closer to the original shot. Thank You again

I love the exposure ... what I'm seeing is fabulous! I couldn't figure out why people thought it was over-exposed, but I see you've changed it. This is a marvellous shot ... just right!

You really every time amaze me with your perfect POV, focus and composition. For example, the boat upright masts; and all is to discover and see, what makes a photo special. Thank you too for the historical information, how interesting! (p.s. I feel privileged that you have added me to your favorites, Thank You, Arturo!)
