One right the 61 Vette. No Farrari's, guess again. OK clue here the blue one was made in the mid 60's the orange one in the 2000's.

Is the one on the right a Ford GT?

Yes it is a GT 40 that was made in 1964 by Ford Motor Co to race in Europe where it won every race it was entered in. This is a model of the production car built in US as to rules 50 had to be made and sold to the public every year the car was raced.
