Description
There was no better way, than to watch the Olympic Games of Great Britain, with the final scene of the big firebird with those flaming torches - unforgettable!
I'm already having withdrawal symptoms ;)
You find me here now in a very relaxed mood and all torched out - maybe I will be inspired now to compete in the Masters Games here in OZ?

Who can ever forget 'Eric the Eel' - that would be me then?

I can hardly wait for the next Games to start in Rio de Janeiro. (mind you I am not a spectator in all categories, only a selected few)

Missed the firebird finale, but caught some of the events & a good deal of the spectacle. The Brits put on a very impressive & creative show for the world & I thank & salute them for it...

Perfecting the arm chair sports and events I see, nice positioning, good TV to toe ratio, air ambiance - comfy, distance to controller just right, so that's a 10 all around from the judging panel, as long as there are no late protests...BB GETS GOLD !!! Tanks for the mamories...er, memories ! LOL ~Cheers~

What a splendid capture and I agree with Jeff, you do deserve a gold for this effort. It has been fun to watch the games, well mostly replays here as they were on during the night for us but at least we saw a lot and there were some great results.
