Born in Hilo, Hawaii and class of '66, I became very active in Barbells, Judo and love striking the heavy/speed bag. I've learned to Rollerblade and bike ride which is a very health sport. But time doesn't stop for anyone including for me. So my good friend Dave aka punaguy got me started in taking pictures. I'm having fun taking pictures especially hiking the mountains. I'm enjoying seeing the world thru your post on Renderosity. Mahalo and Aloha....Errol

I'm familiar with this principle since I have used it myself, only on a giant 6 1/2 foot tall roster sculpture made from tractor and truck parts. It didn't set right in the dirt and a wind storm took all 500 pounds of it over so I decided I'd use guide lines to support it and keep it upright. I have 2 monopods and one tripod... interesting concept.

Hey, great focus in this shot of your Panasonic camera atop that makeshift tripod, Errol. Besides my tripod, I also have a monopod, but rarely use it.
