Looks like a futuristic Egyptian building and the little pyramids outside are the little outhouses for the construction crew - lol... cool stuff.

you always have to wonder why the rulers have to have gigantic statues erected in front of the building....other than the not-so-subtle reminder of who is in power... Excellent work
