Lovely model, lovely pose - now as for a couple of nit-picky technical details: (1) Is she actually sitting in the water? The reflection makes it look like she's floating above it. (2) Were you going for a more surreal ambiance? If so, leave it alone - you've succeeded brilliantly. Otherwise, I'd use a different sand texture and add some hard sunlight and shadow.
