Description
The other day we have been sipping our “Cafe del Tiempo” - (iced coffee),on the neighbouring table a group of youngsters where sitting and communicating,each one on his own, into a mobile and they turned the backs to each other.
I thought to myself ;Now they got the communication thing a bit on the wrong side lol.
L'autre jour en buvant notre café glacé,à la table voisine il y avait un groupe de jeunes entrain de communiquer,chacun pour soi,sur un mobile ,en tournant le dos vers les autres.
Je me suis quand même posé des questions,peut-être ils on mal compris, hehehe.
Letztens sassen wir suf einer Terrasse unseren Eiskaffee zu schlürfen,am Nebentisch eine Gruppe Jugendlicher,am “kommunizieren”,jeder für sich auf seinem i-dings und den anderen den Rücken zugekehrt.
Vielleicht haben die etwas falsch verstanden lach.
I am off to the airport picking up my sisters son and his girlfriend,they spend a week vacation with us old mummies lol.

Yeah - it's nuts.... I don't know how many times I've seen a couple having lunch together, both of them talking to other people on thier cellphones, never to each other. Sad... Great artwork of our funky society, Rene!

Certainly people out there don't realize how stupid they look with their use of mobile phones, nicely spotted, and imaged ;)

Yes. We have a severe epidemic of "cell phone disorientation" here where people walk off train platforms, into fountains, into traffic as they walk heads down and thumbing their cell phone. Idiots!

Die neuen Medien sind cool und ich kann die Teenies verstehen. Sich mit mehreren Leuten gleichzeitig an verschiedenen Orten treffen, reden, sehen, austauschen und mitteilen....ein rasantes Leben. Mich fasziniert auch das eine oder andere. ABER...was ist spannender als das Leben selbst?? Die Kinder wollen ALLES auf einmal. Das es aber so nicht geht, ist ein Lernprozess.
