Description
About thirty miles north of Monument Valley is Valley of the Gods Utah State Park. Certainly worth the drive.
The location has been featured in the Geico commercial with Wile E. Coyote. It also appeared in last season's first episode of Doctor Who, and John Ford/John Wayne's "She Wore a Yellow Ribbon" (as well as Monumet Valley itself).
It doesn't have the fame of Monument Valley and is practically deserted, three other cars when we visited.
