Some of you know me as 3D newbie chemicalX here, but I decided to focus my gallery on my new passion in life - photography. I've been dabbling around in photography for a few years now and I've fallen head over heels in love with it. My partner, Shane, got me a Canon EOS 20D for my birthday and started me on a path of obsession! A path that I would like to share through this gallery. The chemicalX gallery will stay up to showcase my 3D stuff and if I do ever get back into it, I'll upload those things there, so keep an eye on that too. I appreciate any feedback I get, so if you have any comments or critique (be it good or bad - as long as it's done in a "civilised" way), please do tell me - it's the only way that I'm going to get better at this. Also, eventhough I don't say thank you to everyone on an individual basis, I do appreciate all the feedback and comments you guys give me. Unfortunately 'rosity makes it quite a mission to say "thanks" to a comment. So just because I don't thank everyone individually, doesn't mean that I am not grateful for all the feedback. Thank you to all of you. If you would like to see more of my stuff, you can check out my gallery on dA. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy my gallery. Take care, Yak

Yeah...Clark Kent was the first thing I noticed in this shot! I like the update: I never actually saw Clark Kent as being nerdy or sufficiently "mild mannered" or whatever: just more like this guy...confident but quiet and willing to blend into the background, not to protect his Superman identity, but simple being aware that he IS Superman and, thus, has no real reason to be shy and mild mannered, just quiet and beyond the need to make a big deal out of anything. Well...that's my take on Clark Kent as he should be portrayed. I mean...c'mon...if you're a super hero and you need to protect your identity, somehow, then the geek/nerd stereotype is gonna blow your cover since SO MANY superheroes put on nerd-drag. This works much better! As always: Excellent.
