LOOKS like the gate patrol team is realizing someone is walking off with the gates - LOL very cool fantasy image, the boat had me think of flight.

Like the background! Like the characters! Like the "boat" or whatever it is. A superb render, except for that white stuff. Think it's supposed to be water but it really hurts the quality of the rest of the picture and is very distracting from all those good parts.
