Wow, this is quite impressive! By Nikkor 4/200, do you mean a 200mm telephoto? Back in the day, I was able to capture some similar objects, this, M31 and the Orion Nebula with a 200mm lens on a Nikkormat, but your image is far superior. I'd love to know how exactly you pulled this off.
