Gorgeous! :-) I love your dedications -- and your images. You captured the Steampunk atmosphere extremely well here -- the plumes rising are a great touch. I like the peeky eye effect, also. Altogether a rakishly beautiful image, with a LOT of pizzaz. Just like folks who are born in August. ;-) I swear and vow, you do the best renders!
