Description
one big problem here... after the ground gets baked by high heats for 3 months. when the rain comes it can't soak into the ground.. we only get 3-4 inches a year of rain fall but we get it all at once..
have a wonderful day... I'm building an ark and collecting animals ....

A drought for three months causes this flood? My goodness what you have to deal with. Amazing. How do you cope! I wouldn't know what to do.
