Description
Hout Bay is often called the Heart of the Cape, a 20 minute drive from the Cape Town city centre, almost halfway between Cape Town and Cape Point. Houtbaai, named by Dutch explorers, literally translated means Wood Bay.

How do i long back to my visit in December 2011 when we visited and stayed in the Western Cape for a full nine days.We visited Hout Bay as well during our holiday in December 2011.We went on a boat trip as well when we visited Hout Bay. We went all the way to seal island and saw the shipwreck Boss 400 as well. I took over a 1000 pictures during our 9 day stay. If the Lord spares me i will defenitely visit again and for a longer period during summer as i find the Cape winters very harsh. Amazing capture of this beautiful bay.
