Description
this is the I beam they got into the building by the doors and they spay painted the words on the I beam. this is at my church which is growing bigger.
the smaller beams is there just to support the roof as there was a wall there where the I beam went. it is needed to support the roof.
I did not see no hard hats here. I not wearing one. anyway if the I beam falls on you the hard hat will not help at all. Of course a latter could fall and hit you in the head or some tool they are working with.
The holes in the roof is where some old AC units was. they was taken down a few months ago.

if OSHA came by they would wish that they were wearing hard hats. a roofer from Houston that bought one of my large ladders was fined by OSHA for 13,000 dollars for 3 small infractions, one being a worker had no safety harness that is going to be a huge church Jock

but if the beam falls on you with a hat on then you haver the bowl of soup ready its an advantage lol.i always hated helmets ,because i always had a fine haircut to please the ladies.
