Description
For those that don't get the title it's in reference to 50 shades of grey.... Anastasia bites her lip and Christian gets a twitching palm....lol...just something to try get me back into art.
How is everyone? I still am not too good. Not handling mums death very well. I miss her incredibly.
I had a mini stroke last week. Watching tv when my son says "mum your face has gone droopy"...After many trips to the hospital it's my blood pressure that's caused it. Anyway am on strict orders to relax...so I am. Hence the art. lol I've also got cataracts now and am blind in one eye so please forgive me if this image is wrong.
Anyway hope you like the pic. It's taken me 3 weeks as I kept falling asleep on the laptop. Its not my best but Im trying to get used to the software again.

Happy to see you still around, and trying to keep in the swing of things. Really Important Health Tip Get off of ALL types of Vegetable Oil... eat nothing that is cooked with vegetable oils! Get off the grains - wheat, white, flours - get off the white sugar. Butter Only, Lard animal fat ONLY... just doing that will make a tremendous difference in your health and blood pressure. Please believe me, we've done the research, deep and intense... the number one killer of our good health is VEGETABLE OIL - do the research or believe what I'm saying is true! Art Incredible as always!
