Description
My son Dennis wanted a colorful painting for his sittingroom, so I made this still life and will try to paint him a landscape too. I am glad to say he likes this and I hope he will like the landscape too, once it is done. FULL SIZE IS BEST.

Weather is a bit grey, but peaceful. Very little windand not so cool either.
We had a fabulous day on Bakken yesterday together with alot of happy people who had only one wish..to have a fun day. And it was indeed a fun day. Again we were so lucky with the weather. It was simply perfect for the day.

This is incredibly nice! It makes me think of different things: and that's always good. As I've stated in a lot of posts, I've been re-reading a lot of Ursula K. LeGuin, and this image makes me think of something one might see in her fictional country of Orsinia. It's the curtains, I think; the buildings in the background make me think of my own fictional country, Agara. I love the way you do these sorts of buildings, and they're a perfect backdrop for a wonderful, and yes, bold still life. It's very elegant, and I love it!
