Description

WOOHOO, finally finished this foray into hard edge sculpting ! Had a few hiccups on the way, not mention re-learning and learning new tools, plus some really important info missing in the video tutorials...but hey, that's half the fun, figuring stuff out for yourself ! The wings sort give the light armour a Gundam (Anime Mecha, Mobile suit) feel, so hence the title and choice of colour palette...LOL Once I have rigged her and her armour, expect to see a YouTube vid and some frames posted here. A lot of time went into modeling this, and I should know! - but take a look at the result so far ... very neato ;) Looking real cool and now I am wondering, if this would have also looked good in the camouflage colours? hmm, maybe worth a try? looking forward to the video ... BB

Awesome modeling work! Not to mention, doing this more hard edge style is certainly a foray into more advanced technique. Pretty soon you'll probably be creating stuff for the marketplace I imagine! Very nice work mate!
