Description
I downloaded the model of the room from www.3drender.com and then did all the lighting and materials myself. A great thank you to Jeremy Birn for the model. I used Mental Ray with FG and GI. I've just started to learn mental ray so I'm rather new on the subject. I would love to get some critique and suggestions on improvements that I can make in the future.

Nice light inside the room, however not entirely realistic...light coming in that window would be either more diffuse or more directional than the shadows on the walls indicate. The light on the counter, the table and reflecting off the edge of the cabinet next to the window look spot on, tho. One other thing...if this were shot with a camera the view out the window would be overexposed (and probably a little out of focus, too). Nice job overall!
