Here in my country this is a hard theme that still don´t get the required attention.
I never have experienced this, but have many friends that yes lived it and still do.
Let's take conscience and make justice.

Beautiful in every way. You words as well as your girl. It is sad that many people, women, children and yes, even men, are victims of abuse, whether physical or mental, it all hurts he same. I am happy so say that I have never experinced it myself. In all my 31 years with my husband, he has never touched me in any way to harm me. He wouldn't dare. LOL.

This issue is not dealt with well enough anywhere ... The victims should never have to suffer consequences to protecting themselves or loved ones, yet they do here. The only time they 'get away with murder' is if their life was in IMMEDIATE danger. Waiting until the abuser is unawares, giving you a fighting chance, rather that waiting until the next time you're attacked, is not permitted. I, for one, say cull the herd! Amazingly gorgeous image, btw.
