Thanks for the comments! :) @jaydee_007: OK, multistage is obvious, but the postwork is only on the 'painting' to give an artificial touch before using it as a texture. The rest of the scene is as far as I remember (I created this picture about a year ago) untouched. The atmosphere is done by the amazing lighting preset which I left untouched for both the painting and the final scene.
