My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.

A challenging still life set up for drawing! Super pic and WHAT a brilliant solution to that problem
dent-de-lion
nice title.

Insides and undersides are always far more interesting than people know, and I happen to love looking at house guts. I have yet to photograph house guts, however; I only saw office guts getting new panorex units, dental chairs, and other assorted heavy things. I suppose I could have photographed THAT but alas...no. This is quite an intriguing image. The old wood looks as if you might have photographed it outdoors. It triggered all sorts of nautical thoughts of old ships and rigging. I wonder if there's a story in that? I'll find out soon enough!

I once had a job inspecting houses under construction and so can second Chip's opinion of "house guts". The rope looks a little lonely sitting there all by itself while all the other ropes get to play with tarps and sandbags.

A great pic Tara and don't you just love those bent over nails???

LOL! Of what Jeff asked :D If just I could get rid of all the nails that are sitting half out,"cuz it aint finnished yet" ;-/ Wonderful simplicity Tara, as only you can spot and photograph it. :)

Great capture and good eye Tara. We didn't cross those rocks on our hike. We stayed on the trail and went another way.
