Description

Place Plumereau (Plumereau square) is located in the Old Quarter of Tours, a french town in the Loire Valley. This charming square is a place where inhabitants of Tours come to have a drink or two and chat a little bit. If the houses are very old, the square is only 30 years old and was created by destructing some houses that were in less good shape. Now this quarter is a touristic place and the Old Quarter is attractive again... De bon matin? Car la terrasse est plutôt déserte! Par contre la lumière est superbe et les maisons à colombages splendides, une excellente image!

Mille (au moins !) mercis...il se trouve que je connais (un peu) cette place mais, toi, tu as dû y aller très tôt le matin (quand je dors encore !) ou déjà tard le soir (quand je dors déjà !) : il n'y a personne...quand j'y suis allé, c'était noir de monde ! En tout cas, c'est une merveilleuse dédicace avec une image qui a cette clarté, cette brillance qui sont ta marque et c'est beau. Grosses bises.

Une vue nostalgique de cette place que je n'ai aperçue que de nuit, va savoir pourquoi, mais je me souviens qu'il s'agissait bien du coeur historique de la ville à en juger par le nombre de gens attablés en terrasse et ceux qui, comme toi ou moi, levaient le nez sur les maisons à colombage de la place...Une très belle photo, Virginie!
