Paul, for a first render, this is well done. The POV and use of scale is well done and the sense of motion inthe atmosphere is a nice touch. I would add a little more detail to the area around the tree with some of the SolidGrowth weeds and vegetation. Other than that it's not easy to move from Poser to a full 3D landscape program but you're doing just fine. Be patient and the results will come. Good job my friend! Isn't that full pz3 import just too cool?!

Paul, if I were you I'd be very proud of your first Vue render. Very nice job! I love the model, she's very original and the textures you used on her are very cool. Like Andy, I love the POV. Maybe a little more haze so that the mountains look more in the distance? Keep at it, you're going to rock!

Welcome to the Vue world, Paul. You're going to love this program....a lot!!!! I think you did great for your very first shot!!! Love that bodacious babe and the humongous weapon. It's almost coming out of the picture.....really cool. You have so much fun ahead of you, and all the people in this section of Renderosity are helpful and encouraging.....I'm so glad you decided to join our merry band...

Wow, outstanding for first Vue! I did a lot of cheesy island shots when I first got it. But the combo of Vue and Poser makes life so easy. I love the pov...almost got poked in the eye by that spear!

I'd kill to find something wrong with this. I just ordered Vue myself in hopes of finding out what's the big deal, but of all the stuff I've seen so far, this one definitely shows me what the big deal is. The POV is original and well used. I don't know if it's a fault of the software's limits but I wished that tree was a bit more realistic. Trees are never flat against the ground like that. Perhaps you could place some growth around it or some bushes or flowers or something. It's the only nit I'd pick tho. Great work. Applause.
