I am not really pleased with the posing on this one, but after a dozen or so different versions I decided to just go with this.

Spell casting poses are always difficult...a "stiff" pose is usually required due to the nature of spellcasting but trying to make it look (naturally stiff) can be a real pain! I think you've done a great job here!
